McCormick Motors maintains a training status of over 300% of the GM Service Training Standard requirement. The GM Service Training Standard is a measure of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification levels and completion of required GM training courses.

Light Duty Commercial Service Department Staff
Jim Rudhman, Car and Light Duty Truck Service Manager, joined McCormick Motors in 1984, following his graduation from Ball State University with a degree marketing management. He is also a graduate of the General Motors Automotive University and for the past seven years has been recognized by General Motors with "Only the Best" organization for his excellence as a service manager
Sheryl Wineland, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Service Consultant, joined McCormick Motors in April 2005. Her previous work experience includes Account Manager and Sales Representative for Ascot Enterprises. She is also the warranty administrator.
Max Richcreek, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, started at McCormick Motors in 1970. He has 100% Chevrolet Certification for Automobile and Light Duty Truck repair. In January 1998, Chevrolet Motor Division recognized Max for his expertise and participation in the Chevrolet Certified Technician program. Of the original 34,000 participating Chevrolet technicians nationwide, only 2,263 attained the highest rating of Master Technician. The Chevrolet Certified Technician program is designed to motivate technicians and raise their level of expertise. The program consists of participation in required training at the General Motors Training Center, in-dealership Certified Training, and a minimum score of 95% or more on a series of exams taken throughout the course of the past year. Max is certified by GM in engine performance and repair, manual and automatic transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical repair.
Juan Roa, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, started working at McCormick Motors in June 1988. He has 100% Chevrolet Certification for Automobile and Light Duty Truck repair. Juan has an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology from Vincennes University and a Bachelors Degree in Automotive Technology from Indiana State University. In 1994, he achieved his ASE Certification as a Master Technician and in 1997, he received his certification from Chevrolet as a certified technician in engine performance and repair, steering, suspension, brakes and HVAC. In 2005, Juan received his ASE Master Certification for Advanced Level Specialist in Engine Performance and Brakes. Juan is one of the few technicians to achieve this certification in the United States. He is also GM Certified Master Technician.
Willie Prescott, Jr, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors over 25 years ago in 1978. He is a graduate of the GM Automotive Training School and works closely with secondary manufacturers on their chassis modifications.
