Bernard B. Beer, President, McCormick Motors, a lifetime area resident, has been with McCormick Motors since 1961. Starting as a salesman, he became the Dealer Operator and President of the company in March 1997. Over the course of his sales career he was the top salesman in the zone on three occasions. He has been a long time member of the Society of Sales Executives and Legion of Leaders. He is a graduate of the Chevrolet Academy of Retail Sales Executives, the Chevrolet Commercial College, and the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program. He has been repeatedly recognized by Chevrolet Motor Division for his lifetime commitment to sales excellence and customer satisfaction. Bernie is a member of the National GM Commercial Dealer Advisory Council providing dealer feedback to GM on issues of concern to commercial dealers.

Gordon K. Moore, Vice President, McCormick Motors, is a 1974 graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. Gordon joined the staff at McCormick Motors in August 1997 retiring as a Colonel following over 23 years of service in the Army. Since joining the dealership in 1997 Gordon has focused on modernizing both the buildings and the application of technology within the dealership. In 2007 he was recognized by USA Today as one of four finalists in the annual dealer technology award in recognition for innovative energy efficiency and environmental practices. Gordon is a graduate of the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program and the Chevrolet Commercial College.

Scott Hoffer, Medium Duty Truck Sales joined McCormick Motors in August 1975. He achieved the distinction as the number one truck sales person in the Chevrolet Chicago Branch in 1988 and has been in the Sales Legion of Leaders for 16 years. Scott is a graduate of the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program and the Chevrolet Commercial College.

Sam Sheets, Commercial Vehicle Sales, joined McCormick Motors in 1984 and acheived recognition in the Legion of Leaders and Truck Honor Club every year. He is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a graduate of the Chevrolet Commercial College. Prior to joining McCormick Motors Sam spent 13 years as a bank officer of First National Bank of Elkhart.

Kirk Beer, Commercial Vehicle Sales, joined McCormick Motors in 1990. For the past ten years he has been a member of the Legion of Leaders and the Truck Sales Honor Club. He is a graduate of the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program, the Chevrolet Commercial College, and the GMAC Commercial Lease College.

Tom Nunemaker, has joined the sales staff at McCormick Motors in Nappanee; he will be responsible for selling new and used cars, trucks and SUVs. He is a 1996 graduate of Northwood High School. Tom was raised in Nappanee and currently resides in Bremen. Prior to McCormick Motors he worked for 7 years as a full time paramedic which he will continue to serve on a part time basis.

Sue Glant, joined the McCormick sales staff in September 2010. She brings over 26 years of automotive sales experience and is a member of the GM Mark of Excellence club. Sue is a graduate of Indiana University with a major in business. Sue is also an instructor for Weight Watcher in Nappanee and South Bend. She is a life long resident in the area and resides in Bremen.

Sales Support Staff

Jenn Wise, Sales Support Administrator joined McCormick Motors in October 2003. She is a 1995 graduate of Penn High School and brings with her 2 years of experience working as a floor planner for Forest River, Inc. Jenn is responsible for assisting the salesmen in their retail sales and for the billing & title work of all fleet sales..

Cassie Emond, Sales Support Administrator joined McCormick Motors in October 2007. She is a 2003 graduate of Bremen High School and has three years of experience working in the automotive industry. Cassie assists the dealer principal and is responsible for processing bid assistance for all fleet, state and government municipalities. She also submits orders for all fleet vehicles for dealers and the ordering of bailment pool vehicles.

Ivy Arndt, Fleet Customer Service Rep and Service Consultant joined McCormick Motors in June 2004. She is a graduate of the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program and has been certified as a Commercial Sales Consultant and Service Consultant. Ivy brings with her 10 years of work experience including Human Resources and Office Manager from International Wire.

Business Office Staff

Betsy Wenz, Business Accounting Manager joined McCormick Motors in June 2010. Betsy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University, and a Master of Business Administration from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Her previous work experience includes five years with Ernst & Young, two years in the healthcare industry, and five years as an adjunct accounting instructor at the college level.

Susan Zeiger, Human Resources joined McCormick Motors on January 7, 1998. Susan is a graduate of Bremen High School and received the Professional Associate Award for 11 years while with McCormick Motors. Her previous work experience includes Accounting and Administration for Brooklyn Products.

Jenny Neer, Accounts Payable,  joined McCormick Motors in May 2007. Jenny is a graduate of Memorial High School and completed an Associate of Science Degree in Business with IUSB in May 2008. She was previously employed for the past six years by Volcano Pizza as a closing manager.
